We are now accepting applications for our core program. This program is the backbone of our entire mission at Sunflower.  The core program lasts for 8 weeks, but the support and mentorship are ongoing.  Through a series of lessons and activities, participants tie educational goals to financial goals. We believe this will help engage students in their educational journey. They also begin to build a sense of community and meet other young people on a path to following their passions in a productive manner that leads them to becoming positive contributors to their community.  They receive guided coaching in critical thinking and problem solving skills related to their passion  explorations.  Participants ultimately begin to build the outline of a business plan or a pathway plan that will give them direction and resources to be able to provide for themselves and their families and positively contribute to their communities. **Participants can be invited to join Sunflower’s incubator and internship program where they can intern in different positions with our strategic partners and begin to build foundational experiences in the real-world.
